Health Fair Committee - will coordinate health fair logistics, participants, and vendors.
Health Walk Committee - will plan and coordinate all aspects of the Health Walk.
Outreach/Recruitment Committee - will recruit faith-based institutions, agencies, companies, and community organizations to participate in CHHR activities.
Publicity Committee - will write press releases and design flyers and materials to publicize CHHR events to the media and to the Harlem community.
Solicitation/Fund-raising Committee - will solicit donations of money for the project and products (e.g. bottles of water, healthy snacks, etc.) for the Walk, Rally, and Health Fair.
Weekday Committee - will coordinate screenings, information sessions, and worship services for the specific day of the week. They will work with the churches hosting the events for that day.
Worship Committee - will design the worship program that will be given to the houses of worship that host the weekday activities. |
