Committee Sign-Up 2010

 

Participation is key in order for the Health Revival to be a success.  WE NEED YOU!

 
Please sign up below for a committee to help plan and implement the programs that support health in Harlem.
 

Health Fair Committee - will coordinate health fair logistics, participants, vendors and entertainment.

Health Walk Committee - will plan and coordinate all aspects of the Health Walk.

Outreach/Recruitment Committee - will recruit faith-based institutions, agencies, companies, and community organizations to participate in CHHR activities.

Publicity Committee - will write press releases and design flyers and materials to publicize CHHR events to the media and to the Harlem community.

Obesity – It’s A Family Affair – will help plan obesity conference featuring a healthy cooking contest, workshops, speakers, and for youth ages 12 and up poster, spoken word, and essay contests.

Youth Health Celebration – will help plan a health celebration for children ranging from ead Start to High School. Should feature speakers, games, workshops entertainment, health information, and screenings.
