| The Health Revival will take place over the course of a week: |

| Sunday, September 24, 2006 |
| 2 p.m. Health Walk to the Armory, starting at the State Office Building on 125th Street, proceeding up Lenox Avenue to 143rd. Please join us in the walk if you are able. Feel free to join in anywhere along the route, or meet us at the Armory. |

3:30 p.m. Health Rally at the 369th Regiment Armory, 2366 Fifth Avenue between 142nd and 143rd.
Speakers will include Dr. David Satcher, director of the National Center for Primary Care at the Morehouse School of Medicine and Dr. Mehmet Oz, Director of the Cardiovascular Institute at Columbia University

| During the Week, September 25-29, 2006 (check this evening (9/25) for detailed schedules) |
Each weekday will feature a different health topic, hosted by different faith-based institutions.
11 a.m. - 7 p.m.: Screenings for the health topic of the day at the host institution and the Armory.
Throughout the afternoon: Information sessions at the host institution.
7 p.m.: The day will culminate in a worship service at the host site for the day each evening.

- Thursday – Asthma, Allergies, and Lung Diseases (host: Salvation Army,
540 Lenox
Ave.)
- Friday – Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke (host: Abyssinian Baptist Church,
132 Odell Clark Pl.)

| 12 noon - 5 p.m.: Health Fair and Celebration on the plaza of the Adam Clayton Powell State Office Building. The fair will offer: |
- Health screenings
- Information about a variety of health concerns and healthy living
- Fun activities including games, exercise, face painting and more!
- Gospel music
